Enjoy the butters:

You will find the melting factor alone is just so easy. For the savory flavors, if you are broiling, grilling or pan searing a steak, fish fillet, chicken breast or pork chop for example salt and pepper the product, cook and then melt the butter (flavor) right on. It makes an “Instant Sauce” right in front of your eyes in seconds.

Melt in or on any vegetable or starch for instant gourmet tasting side dishes. All vegetables such as corn on the cob, green beans, peas, kale etc. all taste great when using our butters. Mashed potatoes excel when our butters are mixed in. As do baked potatoes or boiled fingerlings to home fries. Rice, Couscous etc. all light up big time when tossed in our butter.

Pasta, noodles or grains. Smear on grilled bread as an appetizer or to make a sandwich. Serve with a breadbasket. You can get fancy and make great pan sauces with the butters. I make Habenero Burre Blanc for example. Or you can just deglaze any pan with stock, wine or water and emulsify a flavored butter into the liquid reduction. Makes a instant pan sauce. How about rubbing it under chicken skin before roasting or rubbing it over a roast.

Adding our butter to steaming liquid when cooking clams and mussels helps make an amazing broth. Boil some shrimp and drain the pot of water. Add shrimp and butter into the pot add cover. 2 minutes later to a Basil Lemon Garlic Shrimp dish you will sure love. How about scrambling eggs in Habenero butter?  Savory butters all work great if used in conjunction with extra virgin olive oil and other oils. I can write pages more but I wont. The foodies and gourmands will have their own field day with this product. But I expect the people who don’t know how to cook or want to learn to even benefit more.

For the Sweet flavors first think anything breakfast and brunch
Melt over Pancakes, Waffles, French Toast. Spread on a Bagel,
English muffin, Toast, Croissant, Scone or Muffin. Mix in oatmeal and grits. How about adding sweet butters into piecrust or adding into your apple pie before baking. I love to grill fruits with them. Try grilling a Saturn Peach or apple slice and melting Pomegranate Walnut over it.
